Renowned photographer Biber, with a keen eye for capturing the beauty of the natural world, recently shared breathtaking images of this extraordinary murmuration event. The photos depict a stunning display of birds creating a colossal bird shape against the canvas of the sky.

The mastery of these images lies in the perfect timing and skillful execution of Biber. The photographer admits that he was so immersed in the act of photography that he only discovered the incredible formation upon reviewing the images later.

“I was so focused on photography that I hadn’t realized the starling murmuration had created a giant bird in the sky,” Biber remarked.

Despite years of capturing starlings in flight, Biber had never before achieved such a satisfying result. Determined to capture the perfect shot, he spent several days in Costa Brava, strategically positioning himself to witness this awe-inspiring display. Reflecting on the experience, Biber notes that this was the most memorable working trip in his career.

The remarkable formation, resembling a giant bird, unfolded in less than 10 seconds. Biber’s unique perspective and technical expertise allowed him to capture a snapshot that is not only visually striking but also of high quality.

“I realized that I had captured a unique, technically sharp, high-quality snapshot. Some people have seen this display, but they looked at it from other positions and might not see what I captured,” he explained.
