Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoy wearing your jewelry, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for credit by following these instructions:

Returns must be in original condition and returned within 14 days from the date of shipment. A credit will be issued less the shipping charges.

All returns require a Return Authorization number. To obtain your R.A. number, please email us at info@artofthebead.com. Indicate full name, and reason for return. Any items received without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned, with shipping charges.

Please be sure to package the item to be returned carefully, preferrably in a small box or padded envelope with some type of protection, for example,( bubble wrap).

Art of the Bead is not responsible for lost items in the mail. To prevent this, please insure return packages for the retail value of the jewelry.
